The last day I did this figure with my own hands, (I used a heroclix base).
The discussion I want to have is this: I kicked the ass of a friend the other night with this figure, and he was so angry that told me that I can't play that figure anymore because its not an official figure and its "overpowered" (unfairly designed) and because I kicked his ass that night
So, the discussion I want to have here is:
Should me and my friends still playing with this figure for casual (friendly) games?
Do you think this figure is "unfairly designed" ?
If you think it is, what changes should I do for making it more "fair"?
Another friend suggested me to raise its Army Points from 110 to 150.

First: for a non-native English speaker, that's not too bad. I got the point you were making.
My thoughts are this: The classification and power "rapist" & "rape", though fitting with the idea, can be very charged and leave oterhs with a bad taste in their mouths as it may be considered offensive. Perhaps noting the power as "Rape (Snack)" would help in making it more fitting with pre-existing characters. I would agree with the change in point value to 150, since that obourous power "Sequel" is almost identical to Freddy Kruger's & Jason Voorhees's. Having penetrating damage througout the dial can be a game-breaker... perhaps making it more intermittant could help with balanicng the figure some more.

Hi, am the "asskicked" friend of ivanev.
My complains about the figure are this:
Too much damage, the stamina skill, the pyramid helmet, Giant Knife,Rape(Not because its offensive).
I would let him use it on a casual game (so far, we have always played casual) if these get edited .
Why?
Stamina prevents any normal monster to frenzy attack, so you cant clic-off the 4 damage value, and then the next turn, pyramid head deals 4 penetreting damage(check the 11 atack value) to the poor figure that makes the mistake of getting near it. And if you think you can range attack it, well, it have the pyramid helmet. The rape skill, well its okay, but I think that it should have an space between clicks(Theres and image to explain this).
So here are the changes I propose:
Pyramid Helmet should be the cloak skill (defense value by +2 against ranged combat attacks instead of preventing).
Giant Knife should be the assasin skill ( damage the attack deals to vulnerable monsters is penetrating damage, instead of always penetreting)
Stamina... I dont see why Pyramid Head shoould have stamina...
Damage and Rape Should be like this:

It have 15 lowing to 11.
Pyramid head in the game was in fact, pretty slow, and easy to evade its deadly attack(Sounds more like assasin skill than Penetreting), of course it take a LOT of time to kill but it was not invulnerable to the guns in the game, it could be killed shooting it in the back(thats why i have proposed to make its Pyramid Helmet skill into a cloak one).

If the above description is true, and I can't confirm as I've only played the first game on the PlayStation and I'm entirely sure this guy wasn't in it, here are some suggestions. It's fairly radical, so keep that in mind. Feel free to ignore it:
Drop Sequel entirely. It's cute, but not really necessary.
Change Pyramid Helmet to "This monster may not be targeted with a ranged combat attack. Ignore this power when this monster is vulnerable."
Change Rape to Bloodlust [and, not that I'm a prude, but that's a terribly distasteful power name].
Give him Agony instead of Pain. [Mostly 'cause I just love Agony as a power, and it seem to work with his whole "hurts bad unless you can dodge it" thing]
Rearrange his stats. Give him 11 clicks of life, but lower the numbers. I'll work out a dial if you want me to.
Again, sorry if this is TOO much reworking of your dial. It's a cool mod, though, and should be used with a dial people wanna play against.

I was talking with a friend that is a super fan of silent hill, even sequel is a cool ability is not necesary, even you figth pyramid head in too many situations and it appears in two games, he never died, he only eft the room and appears again in other. You kill him in the final battle and doesn't appear until Silen Hill Origins

Why to not? Even I can interspersed the ability having both abilities and blank spaces.

And that will alow me to interspersed many times the abilities.
Even I was thinking in having "Invulnerable" some times if I drop the sequel.

This are the proposed changes so far:
Give him 11 clicks of life, but lower the numbers instead Sequel (maybe an hourglass?).
Change Rape to Bloodlust(I feel its more useful than Rape)
Giant Knife to Agony OR Assasin (And make shure he never get both Bloodlust and this one (or only on one dial)).

Have you put in an application at NECA yet? Your dial design my be better than the original team that started the game. Awesome Ubs. You live up to your name.
Bumping a very interesting old thread. Honestly I don't think this guy's *that* broken. Running him through the HeroClix point calculator that both BLG and I use to determine point values, I got 74. I used Stealth for the Helmet (which is something I would actually suggest), Mind Control for Rape (just because MC is an expensive power and I wanted to be on the safer side), Toughness for Stamina and Exploit Weakness for Pain. That doesn't take his modified Sequel into account but if I put Regeneration on the last click (which is another good idea rather than giving him Sequel IMO if you really want to make sure he's fair) it doesn't even raise the point value by 1. I would go with Stealth, Pain, Stamina, Snack and Regen, keep the original dial and call it 85 points to begin new playtesting. Should I put that in HrCOL or does someone else have different ideas?
I like Uberman's ideas too but it seems to me that we should instead work that into a 3rd version of Pyramid Head.
