Here's a scenario I'm thinking of running at a con. I want it to be sorta wacky... but not TOO complicated. Opinions?
Monsters gather in the night to feed... and stumble upon a community feud that has just reached a boiling point! Now you must scramble to get your fill before your victims murder each other!
300 point game. Only game elements available in boosters are legal.
Each player is to bring 9 unique victims, keeping three aside.
Special Rules:
A] Kill the Donnellys!: At the start of each players' first Suspense Phase, that player must name a Victim Archetype as an Enraged Townsperson. All other victims are Donnellys. An Enraged Townsperson, when moved, must move in the direction of the nearest face-up Donnelly, and will slay [as if it were a monster] if possible. If there are no face-up Donnellys, move the Townsperson as normal. Remove any Donnellys slain in this manner from the game, and these slaying attempts may not be stopped.
B] Mob Mentality: At the start of your Suspense Phase, roll 1D6. On a result of 4-6, an Enraged Townsperson must be the chosen victim. A Townsperson may not be slain or rescued while other victims are on the map.
C] Irish Twins: At the start of a Suspense Phase where there are less than 6 victims on the map, a Victim from outside of the game may be placed on any unoccupied blood spot, face-up.

This serves the purpose of keeping monsters from being able to feed / rescue, so strategy becomes more important. It sounds good, but I'd be worried that the suspense phase will become cumbersome till everyone gets how it works.

Is this not the one you ran at the festival of fear? if so, i have played this scenario and it works well, and it is not always the same every game.

Black Donnellys burn down the house.
This is the game he ran at the FanExpo and I was one of the players and yes it did play out differently each time. We had people who were eating victims everytime and we had people who had victims eaten on them each time. It was frustrating. It was fun. It made the game interesting. I have pictures on facebook. Oh and it was Canadian.
